The interest was so keen they began the process of forming, "The Pub Jug Collectors of Australia Inc." The club was not set up for whisky jug collectors only; it is for all collectors of Distillery & Brewery Paraphernalia. The club has quarterly meetings, and a news letter is published every three months with such articles as; Wanted to find, wanted to sell, wanted to trade, wanted to swap, wanted known, member profiles, base marks, stories and items of interest on Distilleries, Breweries etc. An Annaversary jug was made to celebrate the 5th year of the club, we had only 50 manufactured and the mould was then destroyed, so get in early, and don’t miss out on yours. The aim of the club is to promote the hobby of collecting and to foster the interest to all prospective persons; we have members in; New Zealand, America, Netherlands, England and most states of Australia.
