2. Make a note of YOUR ID, and SMS: 0408994799 to advise of that ID, for us to start a remote session to help you.
3. When we connect to you, there will be a prompt, requesting you to
TICK: Accept Connection, and then
click the ACCEPT BUTTON
4. When we’re finished helping you, just close down the program
